Cricket Board of Emirates hopeful for IPL fan presence at stadiums in UAE.
The Emirates Cricket Board (ECB), hosts of the current year's IPL, is cheerful of probably some fan nearness in the stands during the matches. The ECB is settling arrangements to have the IPL from September 19 after India's battle to contain the Covid-19 flood incited its migration.
