Tottenham club has had one positive coronavirus case from the most recent round of testing by the Premier League, the club says.
That individual will now be in quarantine for seven days.
Tottenham says the player was asymptomatic and had no symptoms of the disease.
The fifth round of the test was conducted on Monday and Tuesday this week.
While the results of the fourth round that was disclosed last weekend have no positive test.
"Because of clinical privacy, the person's name won't be uncovered," Spurs said in an announcement on their site.
This was the only positive outcome after 1,197 players and staff were checked in the most recent round of testing.
Premier League set to restart on 17 June
There have now been five rounds of testing for Covid-19, and the aggregate of positive outcomes has expanded to 13 from 5,079 tests.
Premier League players and staff are as of now tested two times per week, with the Premier League set to continue on 17 June.
