India and South Africa tri-series can be hosted by England Women Cricket Team

Britain's women could have a tri-series including India and South Africa later this mid-year, as indicated by the executive of cricket Clare Connor.

India's visit, booked for June and July, was deferred due to the coronavirus pandemic, while South Africa is because of movement in September.

"We're hopeful of holding at least a single series arrangement," Connor disclosed to BBC Sport.

"It may be the case that we play the two series simultaneously and take a gander at a tri-series. Because everything is possible."

Britain's men started preparing this week and the ladies are arranging an arrival on around 22 June.

When will cricket return - and what will it resemble?

A redid men's schedule, including games away from plain view, is expected to be released before the end of May.

With Connor clarifying that women's fixtures have been engaged with the conversations around holding apparatuses in a 'bio-secure' condition.

"We have to get a ton of men's Test cricket played.

We are totally coordinated in those discussions around clinical arrangements, coordination,
how scenes and inns would work, what the methodology would be," said former England Captain.

"We're keeping all situations open.

It could be India first, trailed by South Africa. It could be both simultaneously.

One thing we don't know for positive is if those teams need to come and will have a sense
of security in coming."
